Psychological Therapy

Individual and couples therapy sessions are available, with fees ranging from £150–£280.

I take a collaborative, formulation-driven approach to therapy, drawing on specialist training in a range of evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, ADHD-related difficulties, trauma, attachment and relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation and the psychological impact of physical health conditions or chronic illness.

Sessions are primarily delivered online, offering flexible and accessible support without the need for travel. Self-pay and private medical insurance options are available.

Adult ADHD Assessment

Comprehensive adult ADHD diagnostic assessment package (£800), including a gold-standard DIVA-5 interview, self-report and informant questionnaires, verbal feedback, and a detailed report with personalised recommendations for support and treatment.

Assessments are conducted in line with current clinical guidelines and are designed to provide clarity, understanding, and practical next steps.

ADHD Coaching

Coaching focuses on practical strategies for managing attention, organisation, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through, alongside developing a deeper understanding of how ADHD affects day-to-day functioning, relationships, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing.

Coaching (non-ADHD)

I also offer psychologically informed coaching for individuals seeking support with self-doubt and imposter syndrome, career direction and decision-making, work–life balance, performance, and overall wellbeing.

Individual 50-minute coaching sessions are available at £180, with packages offered for longer-term support.
